Supplier Code of Conduct
Last Updated: May 23, 2025
At Ship N Pack, we’re committed to building a responsible, ethical, and sustainable supply chain. This Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from all third parties we do business with—including vendors, distributors, contractors, and service providers.
By working with us, you agree to uphold these standards and communicate them throughout your own supply chain.
Our Commitment
We strive to partner with suppliers who share our values around safety, sustainability, fair labor, and ethical business practices. This code reflects our expectations and supports continuous improvement across every relationship.
Business Ethics
Compliance With Laws
Suppliers must follow all applicable local, national, and international laws, including those related to labor, trade, and anti-corruption.
No Bribery or Corruption
Bribery, kickbacks, or any form of improper payment are strictly prohibited. Suppliers must act transparently and ethically in all business dealings.
Conflicts of Interest
Suppliers must avoid situations where personal or professional interests conflict with their duties. Any potential conflict should be disclosed to Ship N Pack immediately.
Accurate Records & Confidentiality
Business records must be maintained accurately. Suppliers must also protect any confidential or personal data shared by Ship N Pack and report any data breaches without delay.
Labor & Human Rights
No Child or Forced Labor
Suppliers must not use underage, forced, or involuntary labor in any form. Employment must be freely chosen.
Fair Wages & Working Hours
Workers should be paid at least the legal minimum wage and not subjected to excessive working hours.
Non-Discrimination
Employment decisions must be based on merit, not on race, gender, religion, or any protected status.
Safe & Respectful Workplace
Suppliers must prohibit harassment, abuse, or unsafe working conditions and take reasonable measures to prevent accidents.
Environmental Responsibility
Suppliers should actively work to minimize environmental impact by:
-
Reducing waste and emissions

Conserving energy and water
-
Following environmental laws and best practices
Diversity & Inclusion
We encourage suppliers to foster inclusive workplaces and support diverse-owned businesses including those owned by women, minorities, veterans, and persons with disabilities.
Transparency & Accountability
We reserve the right to request documentation or conduct audits to verify compliance with this code. Failure to comply may result in termination of the business relationship.
